Let this Republic Day be Different!

Indian flag in the wind. Part of a series. stock photography

Dear Indian Women,
It was on 26th January 1950 that India adopted the Constitution written by Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar. The longest Constitution talked of the Rights & Duties of every Indian.
And now in the wake of 16th Dec.'12 gang rape, I think time has come for every Indian woman  to think of her Rights & Duties.
The 'Rights' being that no girl /woman of the country shall allow herself to be abused.
The 'Duties' being that no woman will allow an insensitive male member in the family to humiliate a woman or commit a heinous crime such as rape.
I think this will be the best way to pay tribute to the nation & also to Dr. Ambedkar.

  Happy Republic Day!
